Can I cancel or modify my order

For your protection, your order cannot be modified once it has been placed.

You can, however, cancel your order (and place a different one) as long as the order has not been finalized.

Please call 1-800-564-1883, 9:30am-5:30pm (ET) / 5 days a week (except holidays) for cancellations. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation of the change. If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If desired, you may return the order subject to our Return Policy.
